1. Generate and review weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports to ensure sales targets are met; provide sales analysis to identify business opportunities and communicate market needs to headquarters.
2. Recommend reorder opportunities for Women's Leather Goods.
3. Support the execution, communication, and follow-up for all product movements, including bulk allocation, stock balancing consolidations, and international transfers.
4. Review and manage shipping and delivery schedules.
5. Assist with new store openings and pop-up events.
6. Manage inventory for store events.
7. Assist in the MTO and special orders approval process in Salesforce in collaboration with Buyers.
8. Develop buy books and training materials for store distribution; support the pre-selling process to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
9. Coordinate with local warehouses on merchandise deliveries and shipments.
10. Lead store communication to initiate and follow up on necessary actions, including international transfers and special orders.
11. Create seasonal competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
12. Produce ad hoc reports as requested by department management.
13. Support market activities four times a year, including premarket analysis and store feedback.
14. Maintain organization and positivity while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
15. Contribute to business recap presentations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business-related field preferred.
2. 2-3 years of experience, preferably in luxury.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with a strong foundation in retail math.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

3. Adaptability and strong knowledge of the luxury market and brand philosophy.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (minimal travel required).

2-3 years of experience, preferably in the luxury sector, with a strong understanding of the merchandising process.

Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business-related field preferred.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr (plus overtime).
