Bottega Veneta Assistant Merchandiser, Women's Leather Goods

- Generate and review weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports to ensure sales targets are met; provide sales analysis to identify business opportunities and communicate market needs to headquarters.
- Recommend reorder opportunities for Women's Leather Goods.
- Support the execution, communication, and follow-up for all product movements, including bulk allocation, stock balancing consolidations, and international transfers.
- Review and manage shipping and delivery schedules.
- Assist with new store openings and pop-up events.
- Manage inventory for store events.
- Assist in the MTO and special orders approval process in Salesforce in collaboration with Buyers.
- Develop buy books and training materials for store distribution; support the pre-selling process to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Coordinate with local warehouses on merchandise deliveries and shipments.
- Lead store communication to initiate and follow up on necessary actions, including international transfers and special orders.
- Create seasonal competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Produce ad hoc reports as requested by department management.
- Support market activities four times a year, including premarket analysis and store feedback.
- Maintain organization and positivity while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to business recap presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business-related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in luxury.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with a strong foundation in retail math.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Adaptability and strong knowledge of the luxury market and brand philosophy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (minimal travel required).
2-3 years of experience, preferably in the luxury sector, with a strong understanding of the merchandising process.
Bachelor’s degree in fashion or business-related field preferred.
Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr (plus overtime).
