Bottega Veneta Assistant Compensation and Benefits Manager

- Manage annual processes including performance review, annual discretionary bonus, and annual salary review.
- Oversee all payroll and benefits-related processes in collaboration with the Kering Shared Service team.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and HR Business Partners to manage budget and forecast processes.
- Support the implementation and review of local Compensation and Benefits programs, including commission scheme review and benefit design.
- Conduct annual compensation benchmark exercises and support data preparation and submission for various HR surveys.
- Provide information on compensation and benefits matters to regulators, internal and external audits as required.
- Participate in various HR projects as a Compensation and Benefits expert and support ad hoc projects or company-wide HR initiatives.
- Consult and collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide professional Compensation and Benefits advice and solutions.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and maintain close contact with local authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor law, taxation, and pension.
- Review HR policies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on handling Employee Compensation case filing and management.
- Provide support in regional Compensation and Benefits processes.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management within a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in China.
- Experience in managing payroll and benefits processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
