1. Achieve area sales targets through daily monitoring and strategic action plans.
2. Maximize business potential by evaluating market traffic patterns and establishing external business relationships.
3. Enhance sales by department in alignment with company strategy, including coaching on selling techniques.
4. Develop Store Manager competencies through delegation and training.
5. Motivate, retain, and evaluate staff by communicating company vision and setting SMART goals.
6. Foster teamwork and information sharing among employees.
7. Identify staffing needs and recruit top talent in collaboration with HR.
8. Ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book for strategic business actions.

11. Maintain strong relationships with landlords and organize brand events.
12. Stay informed about competitors and market trends to enhance store performance.
13. Ensure excellence in customer service and develop strong client relationships.

1. Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years managing multiple locations.
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. Familiarity with the operation model of Chinese commercial shopping malls.

3. Proficiency in both written and oral English.
4. Ability to coach and develop staff potential.
5. Resourcefulness with market intelligence and business trends.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-location management role.
