- Draft and revise drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
- Organize and support interior material and fixture specifications.
- Prepare schedules and track progress using Microsoft Project.
- Collect quotations, prepare tender packages, and organize cost-related data.
- Coordinate schedules and quality with contractors and design firms.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify issues and prepare RFIs and revision requests.
- Draft and organize weekly/monthly project reports.
- Prepare internal and external approval materials including presentations, CAD drawings, and finish samples.
- Assist with English email communication, simple reports, and presentation materials for HQ and global partners.
- Participate in regular video conferences and summarize key points for internal sharing.
- Support coordination and approval processes with global design and architecture teams.
- Manage basic communication with overseas suppliers for spec confirmation and delivery scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in retail design and interior projects.
- Understanding of construction and general project workflow.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Experience with 3D and graphic tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with HQ and external partners.
- Comfortable with English-based communication and capable of accurate documentation.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in retail design and interior projects.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
