Bottega Veneta Administrative Executive

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing an active calendar, preparing confidential correspondence, and arranging complex travel itineraries.
- Plan and coordinate the General Manager's schedule, acting as a gatekeeper and creating efficient access to the GM's time and office.
- Communicate directly on behalf of the General Manager with department heads across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, as well as with external corporate and strategic partner executives.
- Coordinate with all department heads to consolidate business information for analysis and presentation preparation.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in projects as required.
- Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with external vendors for administrative tasks.
- Assist with reception duties and manage office stationery orders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in related retail sectors.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing.
- Ability to resolve problems swiftly.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
