Bottega Veneta Accounts Payables Specialist

- Manage the registration of accounts payable invoices for services and materials, including payments for Italy, EU, and non-EU regions.
- Handle tax management related to withholding taxes, liaising with international suppliers.
- Oversee expense report management.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations.
- Perform general accounting tasks related to expense reports, intercompany costs, and monthly accruals and deferrals for financial closures.
- Archive administrative documentation.
- Support auxiliary activities within the Administration office and collaborate with team members.
- Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments.
- Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and management systems.
- Familiarity with SAP and Stealth systems is preferred.
- Strong data processing and reporting skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Effective work planning abilities.
- Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.
A minimum of 3-5 years in accounts payable or a related financial role within a structured corporate environment is required.
Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics.
