1. Oversee the registration of accounts payable invoices for Italy, EU, and non-EU purchases of goods and services.
2. Provide support to intercompany counterparts for monthly reconciliations.
3. Manage the issuance of intent declarations to suppliers.
4. Assist with auxiliary tasks within the Administration office and support team members.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments.
2. Technical training in accounting or a degree in economics.

1. Proficiency in PC use, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and management systems.
2. Preferred knowledge of AS400 (Stealth) and SAP systems.
3. Strong data processing and reporting skills.
4. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
5. Effective work planning capabilities.
6. Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role within structured corporate environments is required.

Technical training in accounting or a degree in economics is required.
