- Review export documents under Article 8.
- Retrieve and archive customs export documents in collaboration with the Customs Office.
- Conduct general accounting checks and reporting activities.
- Verify documentation required for the compilation of the Polivalente declaration.
- Manage and oversee the entry of documents into substitute archiving.
- Assist in credit recovery activities with third-party or intercompany clients.
- Monitor documents for submission to the Revenue Agency and manage error reporting.
- Technical training in accounting or a degree in economics.
- Proficiency in PC usage, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and management systems.
- Strong data processing and reporting skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent work planning capabilities.
- Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with accounting practices is advantageous.
Technical training in accounting or a degree in economics.
