1. Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technical design, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and movement design.

4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical design, with a focus on watch movements or similar mechanical systems.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
