1. Manage change to elevate prestige brands into a digital culture.
2. Participate actively in SAP integration projects and continuous improvement using recommended methods and tools.
3. Design and implement targeted and pragmatic solutions while respecting existing solutions and requirements.
4. Evaluate capacity requirements to add value to projects based on trade requests.
5. Manage change requests or incidents.
6. Coordinate developers and conduct unit tests, integration, and non-regression tests as necessary.
7. Provide level 2 and level 3 training and support.
8. Ensure business requirements are validated and measured during project implementation to meet expectations.
9. Participate actively in maintaining data security, defining data migration, and achieving reporting and indicators.
10. Secure, sponsor, and support company culture, values, policies, procedures, and standards with integrity.
11. Share knowledge and involve senior business analyst colleagues from other fields.
12. Coach and lead teams, simplifying complexity and driving delivery focus.

1. Experience in fast-changing, international environments with senior stakeholders.
2. Experience in project management in complex environments with diverse cultures.
3. Experience in large implementations with several years of hands-on experience in IT project implementation.
4. Understanding of business needs and ability to transform them into IT specifications and projects.
5. Extensive experience in business processes and SAP implementation.
6. Significant experience in change management.

1. Proficiency in SAP LOB and integration with other business tools.
2. Experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies, capable of producing complete project documents and deliverables.
3. Knowledge of project management tools such as SAP Activate and Solman 7.2.
4. Familiarity with common IT systems (PLM, Web, BI, etc.) and cloud-based solutions.
5. Ability to operate with uncertainty and create order from chaos.
6. Strong organizational, leadership, management, and communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent learning ability.

At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and integration with other business tools.

Degree in information technology, production and quality, or equivalent.
