Blancpain SAP Senior Business Analyst

1. Manage change to elevate prestige brands into a digital culture.
2. Participate actively in SAP integration projects and continuous improvement.
3. Design and implement targeted and pragmatic solutions respecting existing requirements.
4. Evaluate capacity requirements to add value to projects.
5. Manage change requests or incidents.
6. Coordinate developers and conduct unit, integration, and non-regression tests.
7. Provide level 2 and level 3 training and support.
8. Ensure business requirements are validated and met during project implementation.
9. Maintain data security, define data migration, and achieve reporting and indicators.
10. Secure and support company culture, values, policies, and standards.
11. Manage change and coach team members, simplifying complexity and encouraging delivery focus.

1. Experience in fast-changing, international environments with senior stakeholders.
2. Experience in project management in complex environments.
3. Experience in large implementations and IT project partnerships.
4. Extensive experience in business processes and SAP implementation.
5. Significant experience in change management.

1. Good knowledge of SAP LOB and project management tools.
2. Experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
3. Knowledge of common IT systems (PLM, Web, BI, etc.) and cloud-based solutions.
4. Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to communicate clearly in French and English; German is an asset.

At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and integration with other business tools.

Degree in information technology or in the field of production and quality or equivalent.
