1. Assist customers throughout the buying process, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
2. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall success.
3. Maintain a pristine and opulent boutique atmosphere.
4. Prepare and submit necessary sales and stock reports to the head office in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
5. Operate the POS system efficiently, ensuring all sales transactions align with daily sales turnover.
6. Monitor and review stock levels, advising the Boutique Manager on strategies to boost sales.
7. Conduct daily audits of stock management, including merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales.
8. Ensure the secure storage of watches and fine jewelry after store hours.
9. Manage customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products.
10. Provide exemplary aftersales service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints.
11. Update clients on new product arrivals and relevant information.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in selling luxury products.

1. Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
2. Strong team player with a pleasant and service-oriented demeanor.
3. Exceptional communication skills.
4. Proficient in computer operations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury product sales is required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
