1. Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
6. Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
