Blancpain Customer Service Assistant

- Manage the administrative flow of watch repairs from reception at the Le Sentier site to return shipment.
- Ensure the smooth flow of parts throughout the entire repair process within the manufacture.
- Act as the point of contact for B2B and private clients regarding ongoing repairs.
- Ensure the quality of information provided, including estimates, invoices, and timelines.
- Handle all inquiries related to repairs, including additional information requests and first-level complaints.
- Monitor and transmit specific cases to Customer Care and management.
- Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in French and German (C1 level), and proficiency in English (minimum B1 level). Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities to provide effective solutions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in standard office software; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar customer service role within the luxury sector.
