- Assist in the coordination of customer service activities within the Heritage workshop.

- Manage and track customer service inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Support the workshop team in maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with luxury goods, particularly in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
