1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales revenue.
4. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique in line with brand guidelines.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
6. Foster and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and cultivate new customer relationships.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.
8. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in sales analysis and inventory management.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
