- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and cultivate new customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
