- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in monitoring sales targets and motivating staff to meet these goals.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales objectives.
- Perform customer relationship management and coordinate activities with management, ensuring accurate entry of customer data.
- Oversee walk-in customer repair services and ensure staff follow-up on each service.
- Guide staff in delivering exemplary quality customer service.
- Ensure watches are merchandised according to guidelines.
- Accurately compile and file sales and stock reports, as well as customer service documents.
- Submit staff attendance and overtime claims promptly.
- Ensure all staff are informed of important messages and emails to maintain smooth retail operations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a luxury retail boutique, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role within the luxury industry.
- Strong sales background in the luxury sector.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to foster teamwork and a proactive attitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Deep understanding of client needs and priorities, both internal and external.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Strong interest in Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
