1. Provide customers with a good shopping experience.
2. Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and closing sales.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in monitoring sales targets and motivating staff.
4. Perform CRM activities and coordinate with management.
5. Oversee walk-in customer repair services and ensure follow-up.
6. Guide staff in delivering exemplary customer service.
7. Merchandise watches according to guidelines.
8. Ensure accurate compliance and filing of sales and stock reports.
9. Submit staff attendance and overtime claims timely.
10. Inform staff of important messages and emails for smooth operations.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail boutique.
2. 2 years of senior or supervisory level experience in the luxury industry.

3. Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business and build client relationships.
4. Deep understanding of client needs and priorities.

7. Comfortable using Excel, Word, SAP.

Minimum 5 years in luxury retail with 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
