1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the Blancpain concession within Selfridges.
2. Support the Concession Manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
4. Coordinate with the head office for stock management and replenishment.
5. Train and develop concession staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
