1. Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers across America, Franchises/Key Accounts, and Europe, as well as a Business Analyst, in daily tasks.
2. Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling, external provider coordination, and sales merchandising preparation.
3. Set up the showroom and manage order taking.
4. Assist with team travel arrangements, ensuring key accounts are visited and coordinating travel logistics.
5. Manage client requests, including quality issue follow-ups and reorder tracking.
6. Prepare Collection-Books for each partner at the start of each season.
7. Handle international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
8. Conduct digital monitoring of accounts to ensure compliance with pricing and image policies.
9. Coordinate quality issue follow-ups with the Aubervilliers Workshop.
10. Contribute to the development of commercial tracking dashboards and assist the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.

3. High sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commercial acumen and quick thinking.
6. High degree of autonomy.
