Berluti Wholesale Assistant Intern

- Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers across America, Franchises/Key Accounts, and Europe, as well as a Business Analyst, in daily tasks.
- Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling, external provider coordination, and sales merchandising preparation.
- Set up the showroom and manage order taking.
- Assist with team travel arrangements, ensuring key accounts are visited and coordinating travel logistics.
- Manage client requests, including quality issue follow-ups and reorder tracking.
- Prepare Collection-Books for each partner at the start of each season.
- Handle international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
- Conduct digital monitoring of accounts to ensure compliance with pricing and image policies.
- Coordinate quality issue follow-ups with the Aubervilliers Workshop.
- Contribute to the development of commercial tracking dashboards and assist the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other computer tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- High sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and quick thinking.
- High degree of autonomy.
Suitable for beginners with a strong interest in the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
