1. Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers in daily operations.
2. Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling and coordination with external providers.
3. Prepare sales merchandising tools and set up the showroom.
4. Manage order taking and assist with client travel arrangements and competitive analysis.
5. Handle client requests, including quality issues and restock follow-ups.
6. Prepare Collection-Books for each partner at the start of each season.
7. Coordinate international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
8. Conduct digital monitoring to ensure compliance with pricing and brand image policies.
9. Collaborate with the Aubervilliers Workshop to address quality issues reported by clients.
10. Contribute to the development of sales tracking dashboards and support the Business Analyst in monthly performance analyses.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Customer service orientation and commercial acumen.
5. Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
