1. Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers in daily operations.
2. Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling and coordination with external providers.
3. Prepare sales merchandising tools and set up the showroom.
4. Manage order taking and client requests, including quality issues and restocks.
5. Prepare Collection-Books for sales team training each season.
6. Coordinate international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
7. Conduct digital monitoring to ensure compliance with pricing and brand image policies.
8. Collaborate with the Aubervilliers Workshop to address quality issues reported by clients.
9. Participate in the creation of dashboards for commercial tracking and support the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.
