- Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers in daily operations.
- Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling and coordination with external providers.
- Prepare sales merchandising tools and set up the showroom.
- Manage order taking and client requests, including quality issues and restocks.
- Prepare Collection-Books for sales team training each season.
- Coordinate international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
- Conduct digital monitoring to ensure compliance with pricing and brand image policies.
- Collaborate with the Aubervilliers Workshop to address quality issues reported by clients.
- Participate in the creation of dashboards for commercial tracking and support the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel and other computer tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and adaptability.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal experience.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university.
