Berluti operates nearly 70 self-managed boutiques globally, alongside approximately 30 franchised points of sale.

1. Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers across various regions in daily tasks.
2. Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling and coordination of external services.
3. Prepare sales merchandising tools and set up the showroom.
4. Manage order taking and assist in client request management, including quality issue follow-ups and restock tracking.
5. Prepare Collection-Books for sales team training at the start of each season.
6. Coordinate international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
7. Conduct digital monitoring of accounts to ensure pricing and image policy compliance.
8. Collaborate with the Aubervilliers Workshop to address quality issues reported by clients.
9. Participate in the creation of commercial tracking dashboards and support the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses.
10. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the global boutique network.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.

1. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commercial acumen and adaptability.
6. Ability to work autonomously.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
