Berluti Wholesale Assistant Intern

Berluti operates nearly 70 self-managed boutiques globally, alongside approximately 30 franchised points of sale.
- Assist the Wholesale Director and Account Managers across various regions in daily tasks.
- Support zone managers during showroom sales, including client appointment scheduling and coordination of external services.
- Prepare sales merchandising tools and set up the showroom.
- Manage order taking and assist in client request management, including quality issue follow-ups and restock tracking.
- Prepare Collection-Books for sales team training at the start of each season.
- Coordinate international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
- Conduct digital monitoring of accounts to ensure pricing and image policy compliance.
- Collaborate with the Aubervilliers Workshop to address quality issues reported by clients.
- Participate in the creation of commercial tracking dashboards and support the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the global boutique network.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Russian is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and adaptability.
- Ability to work autonomously.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
