Berluti Warehouse and Logistics Manager

- Oversee the complete management of inbound operations for all raw materials and semi-finished products received from suppliers and third parties.
- Ensure accurate registration of incoming, stored, and outgoing documents within SAP.
- Supervise the correct storage of all incoming items following quality control, adhering to FIFO logic, with a focus on leather management based on quality selection criteria.
- Prepare necessary materials for external suppliers and ensure their subsequent shipment.
- Coordinate the preparation of materials for the Development department's sample creation process.
- Manage external storage locations by replicating operational procedures used at the headquarters warehouse, including training, monitoring, and evaluating external resources to align with internal standards.
- Ensure continuity of production flow for both internal lines and third-party manufacturers by appropriately allocating internal and external storage spaces.
- Monitor low-rotation and depreciated materials, collaborating with other teams to identify potential reuse options.
- Manage couriers and transporters for all shipments, excluding finished products, and negotiate related tariffs in conjunction with the purchasing department.
- Receive, prepare, and ship all finished products to the Maison's GDC.
- Conduct periodic checks to guarantee the accuracy of raw material inventories recorded in SAP.
- Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar managerial role, managing logistics flows, multi-location warehouses, and team management.
- High organizational capacity and ability to manage peak workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- High flexibility and dynamism.
- Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Good knowledge of the Italian and English languages.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial role, with a focus on logistics flows and multi-location warehouse management.
Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
