Berluti Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Coordinate all visual merchandising projects in collaboration with design and product merchandising teams, including window displays, pop-ups, and events.
- Translate window display concepts into kits and manage orders for each store, considering size, budget, and commercial potential.
- Source suppliers and service providers to execute projects within specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring creative and efficient solutions to optimize project development.
- Collaborate with designers to develop necessary prototypes for approval and create kits/modules.
- Prepare technical books or product sheets for effective on-site implementation and ensure proper execution through reporting systems, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Expand the network of multi-material suppliers.
- Manage administrative and logistical aspects, including order forms, packing lists, and stock/replenishment management.
- Collaborate with the Director of Visual Merchandising to establish and monitor the budget.
- Higher education degree in Business, Logistics, Architecture, or Design.
- Significant professional experience in the development and fabrication of high-quality furniture/display POS.
- Organizational and methodological skills with a keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and reactivity in project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in multicultural contexts.
- Proficiency in relevant IT tools: Microsoft Office Suite, ideally Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a high-quality environment.
Higher education degree in Business, Logistics, Architecture, or Design.
