1. Develop and implement the Japan Visual Merchandising (VMD) strategy in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
2. Optimize zoning and VMD plans for each store in cooperation with Sales Merchandising and Retail teams.
3. Execute visual merchandising initiatives in coordination with Store Managers and store VM referees.
4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising and provide guidance and support.
5. Manage product launches in stores in collaboration with Sales Merchandising, Retail, and Communication teams.
6. Train store staff, particularly store VMD referees, on visual merchandising best practices.
7. Adapt window plans from HQ for each store, considering location and stock availability.
8. Facilitate product rotations in windows with store VM referees.
9. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to strengthen the local VM community.
10. Prepare regular reports on VMD activities in Japan for HQ and the VMD Manager.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a back-office role.

1. Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
2. Strong initiative and ability to engage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
3. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
4. Capability to balance coordination of daily operations with long-term strategic planning.
5. Proficiency in decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking.
6. Basic computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising is required, with at least 2 years in a back-office capacity.
