1. Develop and execute the Japan VMD strategy in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
2. Coordinate and optimize zoning and VMD plans for each store in partnership with Sales Merchandising and Retail teams.
3. Implement visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with Store Managers and VM referees.
4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor and advise on visual merchandising standards.
5. Manage product launches in stores in coordination with Sales Merchandising, Retail, and Communication teams.
6. Train store staff, particularly VMD referees, to uphold visual merchandising standards.
7. Adapt window plans from HQs to suit each store's location and stock availability.
8. Facilitate product rotations in windows with store VM referees.
9. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to strengthen the local VM community.
10. Prepare regular reports on VMD activities for HQs and the VMD Manager.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a back-office role.

1. Initiative and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
2. Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
3. Capability to balance coordination of daily operations with long-term strategic planning.
4. Proficiency in decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking.
5. Basic computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a back-office capacity.
