Berluti Visual Identity Manager for Pop-Up Events

- Design and develop concepts for temporary stores and ensure their deployment across the distribution network.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative and impactful pop-up stores.
- Manage the design and development of decor and support materials for special events, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain project coherence.
- Translate concepts into detailed illustrations, 3D models, and technical dossiers for suppliers and international subsidiaries.
- Conduct ongoing creative research, analyzing market trends and competitor achievements.
- Create inspiring moodboards to guide creative decisions.
- Produce high-quality drawings and 3D renderings to visualize concepts.
- Present concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and partners.
- Develop detailed technical plans and oversee the production of elements.
- Propose innovative technical solutions tailored to budgetary and logistical constraints.
- Research materials and source suitable furniture for concepts.
- Produce execution files necessary for element fabrication.
- Higher education in Applied Arts (Design, Interior Architecture)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D software (Rhinoceros/Keyshot)
- Fluency in English and French
- Creative and organizational skills
- Strong drawing and product staging abilities
- Autonomy and reactivity in project management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills and adaptability in multicultural contexts
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail space development, scenography, or object design within a demanding environment.
Higher education in Applied Arts (Design, Interior Architecture)
