Berluti Tax and Treasury Officer

- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial service providers, including managing bank account openings and POS machine applications for boutique stores.
- Initiate and process payment transactions via banking portals or treasury workstations, ensuring proper handling of foreign currency transactions.
- Perform regular bank balance reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances promptly.
- Prepare monthly treasury reports and manage Syrus input.
- Coordinate with the central treasury team for loan renewals and cash flow management.
- Verify input VAT, including import customs tax and vendor invoices.
- Purchase VAT blank invoices via online systems.
- Manage monthly corporate tax declarations for VAT, stamp duty, and other statistical reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate annual corporate income tax filings and RPT, liaising with tax departments and firms.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings for VAT, deferred tax, and other tax-related reconciliations.
- Monitor and update tax policies and procedures in accordance with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Handle bank closures and tax deregistrations for store closures.
- Apply for financial subsidies and collaborate with stores on daily operations, E-Fapiao issues, and POS machine maintenance.
- Degree in Finance & Accounting
- CPA/ACCA qualification is advantageous
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate or retail finance
- Familiarity with banking processes and corporate tax practices
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong communication skills with internal and external parties
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Proficiency in multitasking and working under pressure
A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required.
Degree in Finance & Accounting
