1. Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial service providers, including managing bank account openings and POS machine applications for boutique stores.
2. Initiate and process payment transactions via banking portals or treasury workstations, ensuring proper handling of foreign currency transactions.
3. Perform regular bank balance reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances promptly.
4. Prepare monthly treasury reports and manage Syrus input.
5. Coordinate with the central treasury team for loan renewals and cash flow management.
6. Verify input VAT, including import customs tax and vendor invoices.
7. Purchase VAT blank invoices via online systems.
8. Manage monthly corporate tax declarations for VAT, stamp duty, and other statistical reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
9. Coordinate annual corporate income tax filings and RPT, liaising with tax departments and firms.
10. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings for VAT, deferred tax, and other tax-related reconciliations.
11. Monitor and update tax policies and procedures in accordance with changes in tax laws and regulations.
12. Handle bank closures and tax deregistrations for store closures.
13. Apply for financial subsidies and collaborate with stores on daily operations, E-Fapiao issues, and POS machine maintenance.

1. Degree in Finance & Accounting
2. CPA/ACCA qualification is advantageous

1. 3-5 years of experience in corporate or retail finance
2. Familiarity with banking processes and corporate tax practices
3. Fluency in English, both oral and written
4. Strong communication skills with internal and external parties
5. Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
6. Proficiency in multitasking and working under pressure

A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required.
