Berluti Supply Chain Coordinator

1. Manage the entire supply chain process, considering sales forecasts and stock targets.
2. Develop and update sales forecasts using Anaplan for catalog references on a monthly basis over an 18-month horizon.
3. Oversee stock levels of permanent items and communicate production needs.
4. Coordinate seasonal stock management actions with merchandising.
5. Optimize product lifecycle management with central and regional merchandising teams.
6. Enhance tools and processes for supply chain management.
7. Participate in strategic initiatives such as S&OP meetings and budget processes.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school with a Master's in Supply Chain.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and/or supply chain roles.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Power BI and Anaplan for data analysis and presentation.
3. Fluency in both English and French.
4. Strong communication skills with a preference for operational tasks.
5. Excellent organizational skills and time management.
6. Attention to detail and a strong sense of customer service.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and/or supply chain roles.
