Berluti Supply Chain Analyst Intern

Berluti, the only men's fashion house within the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. Over four generations, Berluti has cultivated excellence and craftsmanship in footwear, expanding into leather goods in 2005 and ready-to-wear collections in 2011. Berluti offers innovative lifestyle collections while maintaining its traditional spirit, with a distribution network of nearly 70 self-managed boutiques and around 30 franchised points of sale worldwide.

1. Ensure accurate Supply Chain performance reporting and propose new analytical tools.
2. Manage the daily Supply Chain operations for various categories.
3. Ensure product availability in retail networks by managing distribution to boutiques.
4. Control stock levels in boutiques and warehouses, including stock transfers.
5. Communicate production needs and monitor shipment schedules with suppliers and manufacturers.
6. Contribute to sales forecasting through analysis and revision of forecasts.
7. Participate in Supply Chain projects, including tool improvement and process creation.
8. Develop relationships with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Retail, and Finance.

1. Student in engineering school or equivalent university program.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, or database construction is a plus.
3. Comfortable with quantitative data.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and autonomy.
