- Assist in supervising and enhancing store activity and performance under the guidance of store management.
- Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for sales, staff performance, and CRM.
- Maximize potential across all product categories by leveraging resources such as visual merchandising, training, and events.
- Collaborate with EMEA headquarters and the Store Manager to identify key opportunities and best practices.
- Promote customer loyalty to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Ensure excellence in customer service.
- Exhibit expertise in products and industry trends.
- Support team leadership and management by promoting brand spirit and effective communication.
- Engage and motivate the sales team while sharing best practices.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Ensure team development and training through shared development plans.
- Participate in onboarding new hires and support the Store Manager in monitoring team performance.
- Communicate and embody the strategic vision, goals, and initiatives of the brand.
- Ensure operational procedures are understood and implemented, particularly regarding transactions and inventory management.
- Contribute to stock management and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Passionate about luxury and retail.
- Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Extensive experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
