Berluti Store Supervisor

1. Assist in supervising and enhancing store operations and performance under the guidance of store management.
2. Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs for store sales, staff performance, and CRM.
3. Maximize potential across all product categories by leveraging resources such as visual merchandising, training, CRM, and events.
4. Collaborate with US headquarters and Store Manager to identify opportunities and best practices.
5. Ensure excellence in customer service and foster customer loyalty to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
6. Demonstrate expertise in products and industry trends.
7. Support the Store Manager with initiatives to drive business.
8. Lead morning briefs and communicate key messages and priorities.
9. Promote the brand's spirit through effective team communication and embody strategic vision.
10. Engage and coach the sales team to support real-time development.
11. Participate in onboarding new recruits and support team development and training.
12. Create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovative solutions.
13. Ensure operational procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented.
14. Organize and contribute to stock management and visual merchandising.
15. Maintain the boutique's image and product care in compliance with House guidelines.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.

An annual base salary in the range of USD $35.00 - $36.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
