Berluti Store Supervisor

- Assist in supervising and developing store activities and performance under the guidance of store management.
- Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for store sales and staff performance.
- Maximize potential across all product categories by leveraging resources such as visual merchandising, training, CRM, and events.
- Collaborate with US headquarters and Store Manager to identify key opportunities and best practices.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and promote customer loyalty to meet targets.
- Lead morning briefs and communicate key messages and priorities to the team.
- Engage the sales team by sharing best practices and providing on-the-floor coaching.
- Participate in onboarding new recruits and support team development and training.
- Ensure operational procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented.
- Organize and contribute to stock management while respecting visual merchandising guidelines.
- Passionate about luxury and retail.
- Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Extensive experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.
- Leadership skills with an ability to work cross-functionally.
- Service-oriented with strong commercial proposal abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High team spirit and talent for management.
- Proficient in computer tools.
- Ability to coach and develop teams.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.
Annual base salary in the range of USD $35,00 - $36,00 hourly, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
