Berluti Store Manager

1. Develop the store business plan, including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
2. Understand the local market and business environment, including competitors' activities and luxury market trends.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to customer service quality standards and the selling ceremony.
4. Motivate and train the team to meet sales and productivity objectives.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
6. Manage the clientelling function in the store proactively.
7. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession plans.
8. Provide the Retail Director with monthly quantitative and qualitative business reports.
9. Manage the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plan, and operating profit.
