1. Develop and implement the store business plan, focusing on marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with an emphasis on the local market.
2. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local market, including competitor activities and luxury market trends.
3. Provide feedback to the Retail Manager regarding product assortments, buying trends, and customer requests.
4. Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to quality standards and the selling ceremony.
5. Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and productivity objectives, recognizing top sales associates.
6. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor.
7. Manage the clienteling function proactively within the store.
8. Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about Berluti's products, information, and history.
9. Oversee training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
10. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession plans.
11. Implement human resources policies and procedures, addressing staff issues as necessary.
12. Provide the Retail Manager with monthly business reports, both quantitative and qualitative.
13. Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and match traffic demands.
14. Manage the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating profit.
15. Meet all KPI objectives.
16. Ensure Berluti's standards are consistently applied and maintained across store merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 5 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
2. Strong team management abilities and motivational skills
3. Good analytical and strategic skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel

A minimum of five years of experience in store management within the luxury fashion industry is required.
