Berluti Store Manager

- Develop and implement the store business plan, focusing on marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with an emphasis on the local market.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local market, including competitor activities and luxury market trends.
- Provide feedback to the Retail Manager regarding product assortments, buying trends, and customer requests.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to quality standards and the selling ceremony.
- Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and productivity objectives, recognizing top sales associates.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor.
- Manage the clienteling function proactively within the store.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about Berluti's products, information, and history.
- Oversee training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession plans.
- Implement human resources policies and procedures, addressing staff issues as necessary.
- Provide the Retail Manager with monthly business reports, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and match traffic demands.
- Manage the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating profit.
- Meet all KPI objectives.
- Ensure Berluti's standards are consistently applied and maintained across store merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Strong team management abilities and motivational skills
- Good analytical and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
A minimum of five years of experience in store management within the luxury fashion industry is required.
University graduate
