1. Oversee and manage all aspects of Berluti store operations to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives.
2. Ensure the store environment and service quality align with brand guidelines to deliver an optimal customer experience.
3. Develop and execute strategic action plans at the store level to meet corporate goals.
4. Handle quality issues and customer complaints in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
5. Exhibit sales leadership as a brand ambassador and take a proactive role in customer relationship management (CRM).
6. Recruit store personnel and provide continuous coaching, motivation, and performance management to maximize individual team member potential.
7. Report and resolve HR-related issues in collaboration with the HR department.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity, ensuring no damage, loss, or discrepancies.
9. Conduct regular business reporting, product proposals, and communicate customer feedback to headquarters.
10. Gather and analyze the latest information and knowledge about the brand, products, and competitors.
11. Manage other store operations as required.

1. Over 12 years of store experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the luxury industry.
3. High proficiency in CRM and experience managing VIP clients.
