1. Develop and implement the store's business plan, focusing on marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with an emphasis on local market engagement.
2. Stay informed about the local market and business environment, including competitor activities and luxury market trends.
3. Provide feedback to the Retail Manager on product assortments, buying trends, and customer requests.
4. Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to Berluti's quality standards and selling ceremony.
5. Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and productivity objectives, recognizing top-performing sales associates.
6. Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
7. Manage the clientelling function proactively within the store.
8. Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about Berluti's products, history, and current news.
9. Oversee training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
10. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession planning.
11. Implement human resources policies and procedures, addressing staff issues appropriately.
12. Provide the Retail Manager with monthly business reports, both quantitative and qualitative.
13. Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure optimal coverage and traffic alignment.
14. Manage the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating profit.
15. Meet all KPI objectives.
16. Maintain Berluti's standards across store merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum of five years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
2. Strong team management abilities with a focus on motivating the team to drive performance
3. Good analytical skills and strategic thinking
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel

A minimum of five years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
