Berluti Store Manager

- Develop and execute the store's business plan, including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
- Monitor and analyze the local market and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Provide feedback to the Retail Manager on product assortments, buying trends, and customer requests.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service in accordance with Berluti's standards and selling ceremony.
- Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and productivity objectives, recognizing top performers.
- Lead by example on the selling floor, demonstrating sales leadership.
- Manage clienteling functions proactively within the store.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about Berluti's products, history, and news.
- Implement training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, ensuring succession plans.
- Implement human resources policies and resolve staff issues as needed.
- Provide the Retail Manager with monthly business reports, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Oversee the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating profit.
- Meet all KPI objectives.
- Ensure Berluti's standards are consistently applied across merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
- University graduate
- Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Strong team management and motivational skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
A minimum of five years of experience in store management within the luxury fashion sector is required.
University degree required.
