1. Receive and verify goods upon delivery to ensure accurate stock addition.
2. Manage stock packaging, including tidying and relabeling.
3. Execute inter-store transfers and oversee local deliveries.
4. Maintain professional communication with couriers to ensure seamless shipment flows.
5. Handle e-commerce requests, including transfers and validation of pickings.
6. Support CITES certificate management and liaise with headquarters for necessary licenses.
7. Prepare weekly activity reports detailing items received and transfers executed.
8. Prepare product shipments for quality returns to the factory.
9. Pack, check, and dispatch customer shipments according to schedule.
10. Receive and store various ordered products related to store activities.
11. Contribute to maintaining adequate stock levels of required supplies.
12. Plan and coordinate weekly rotating inventories to monitor stock and identify discrepancies.
13. Organize quarterly stock counts and ensure documentation is ready for internal audits.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail stock management, preferably within a luxury brand.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and product knowledge.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
3. Proactive, meticulous, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Proficiency in IT tools.

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail stock management, preferably within a luxury brand.
