1. Receive and verify goods upon delivery to update stock records accurately.
2. Manage stock packaging, including organizing and labeling.
3. Conduct inter-store transfers efficiently.
4. Handle e-commerce requests, including transfers and validation of pickings.
5. Prepare weekly reports on stock activities, including received items and transfers.
6. Prepare product shipments for quality returns to the factory.
7. Pack, check, and dispatch customer shipments as per schedule.
8. Receive and store various ordered products related to store activities.
9. Participate in weekly rotating inventories to monitor stock and identify discrepancies.
10. Collaborate with the stock manager on quarterly stock counts, including preparation and execution.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail stock management, preferably within a luxury brand.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and product knowledge.
3. Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
4. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
2. Proficiency in IT tools.
3. Reactivity and rigor in task execution.

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail stock management, preferably within a luxury brand.
