Berluti Stock Controller

- Receive, inspect, organize, and record deliveries in a timely and systematic manner.
- Ensure optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections.
- Maintain product condition, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Manage inter-store transfers and local deliveries efficiently.
- Coordinate with couriers to ensure seamless shipping processes.
- Handle e-commerce requests, including order preparations and special requests from HQ EMEA.
- Monitor and manage CITES certificates, liaising with HQ and authorities as needed.
- Support sales staff during peak times to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and communicate weekly activity reports to the Store Manager and sales teams.
- Plan and execute regular inventory checks, identifying discrepancies and reporting to management.
- Maintain documentation for internal audits and assist in action plan implementation.
- Oversee quality control shipments to and from repair workshops.
- Manage orders for store supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
- 3 to 5 years of stock management experience in retail, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in IT tools, with knowledge of CEGID being advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and autonomous work capabilities.
- High level of reactivity and meticulousness.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Product knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years in stock management, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
