- Oversee short to medium-term production planning for both external suppliers and internal departments across a dedicated portfolio of orders and product categories.
- Ensure effective planning and monitoring of production for the brand catalogue, proposing trade-offs when necessary due to limited resources.
- Manage a portfolio of orders to guarantee timely deliveries from external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring the overall service rate of the manufacture.
- Develop workload plans and manage external production capacities in collaboration with the Flow Manager.
- Ensure the functionality and accuracy of the Planning Software (Horizon) and contribute to its continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support the development of junior planners within the Production Planning team.
- Ensure a high service rate by maintaining a high percentage of orders shipped on time.
- Conduct analyses and reporting on departmental and supplier performance, delivery timings, adherence to lead times, causes of delays, and production capacity projections.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Expertise in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting
- Solid functional knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP
- Mandatory proficiency in Excel
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Open-minded approach with strong problem-solving orientation
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with specific expertise in supplier management and internal planning activities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
