1. Oversee short to medium-term production planning for both external suppliers and internal departments across a dedicated portfolio of orders and product categories.
2. Ensure effective planning and monitoring of production for the brand catalogue, proposing trade-offs when necessary due to limited resources.
3. Manage a portfolio of orders to guarantee timely deliveries from external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring the overall service rate of the manufacture.
4. Develop workload plans and manage external production capacities in collaboration with the Flow Manager.
5. Ensure the functionality and accuracy of the Planning Software (Horizon) and contribute to its continuous improvement.
6. Mentor and support the development of junior planners within the Production Planning team.
7. Ensure a high service rate by maintaining a high percentage of orders shipped on time.
8. Conduct analyses and reporting on departmental and supplier performance, delivery timings, adherence to lead times, causes of delays, and production capacity projections.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

1. Expertise in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting
2. Solid functional knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP
3. Mandatory proficiency in Excel
4. Proven leadership capabilities
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Open-minded approach with strong problem-solving orientation

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with specific expertise in supplier management and internal planning activities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
