Berluti Sales Merchandising Manager

- Ensure the global offering of the ready-to-wear category across Berluti's retail network.
- Supervise Zone Merchandisers during biannual Buying Sessions and propose assortment strategies while validating global purchase quantities.
- Analyze collection performance, estimate commercial potential of new collections, and make recommendations based on market and competitive insights.
- Lead the Zone Merchandisers community and propose monthly business priority plans in coordination with VM, Operations, Client, and Communication departments.
- Positively challenge zone performances and implement corrective actions to support business activities.
- Represent Zones to headquarters teams, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on collections to enrich Product Briefs.
- Conduct store visits to better understand markets and support product launches.
- Monitor business activity with the Business Planner through weekly and monthly reports and KPIs, providing qualitative category management insights.
- Propose recommendations for sales policy development.
- Contribute to budget preparation and define Open to Buys in coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, and Market departments.
- Degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and influence capabilities.
- Understanding of financial and supply chain dynamics.
- Developed product sense, ideally in men's fashion.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, PowerQuery, PowerPoint, and ideally Anaplan & PowerBI.
- Fluency in French and English in an international context.
A minimum of 7 years in merchandising, with a focus on men's fashion preferred.
Degree in business or engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Comprehensive training to understand the history and values of Berluti, along with product knowledge.
