Berluti Sales Merchandising Manager - Ready-to-Wear

- Ensure the global offering of the Ready-to-Wear category in Berluti's retail network.
- Lead Zone Merchandisers during Buying Sessions and propose assortment strategies while validating global purchase quantities.
- Analyze collection performances, estimate the commercial potential of new collections, and make recommendations based on market knowledge and competitive analysis.
- Animate the community of Zone Merchandisers and propose commercial animation plans in coordination with VM, Operations, Client, and Communication departments.
- Challenge and improve the performance of each zone and implement corrective actions.
- Represent Zones to headquarters teams, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on collections.
- Conduct store visits to understand markets and support product launches.
- Monitor business activity with the Business Planner through weekly and monthly reports and KPIs.
- Propose recommendations for sales policy development.
- Contribute to budget development and define Open to Buys in coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, and Market departments.
- Degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of experience in Merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
- Communication and influencing abilities.
- Understanding of financial and supply chain logic.
- Developed product sense, ideally in men's fashion.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, PowerQuery, PowerPoint, and ideally Anaplan & PowerBI.
- Fluency in French and English in an international context.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Merchandising.
Degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent qualification.
