- Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with both local and international clients across all product lines, including footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear.
- Conclude sales and contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities.
- Manage after-sales service cases, including alterations and repairs.
- Significant experience in luxury shoe or men's ready-to-wear sales.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm, responsiveness, rigor, and teamwork.
- Commercial creativity.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, specifically in footwear or men's ready-to-wear.
