- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional, personalized service to local and international clientele.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales.
- Engage in visual merchandising and customer relationship management activities.
- Manage after-sales service processes, including alterations and repairs.
- Significant experience in luxury men's footwear or ready-to-wear sales.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, responsiveness, and teamwork.
- Commercial creativity.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in men's footwear or ready-to-wear.
