1. Serve as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional, personalized service to local and international clientele.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales.
3. Engage in visual merchandising and customer relationship management activities.
4. Manage after-sales service processes, including alterations and repairs.

1. Significant experience in luxury men's footwear or ready-to-wear sales.

1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, responsiveness, and teamwork.
4. Commercial creativity.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in men's footwear or ready-to-wear.
