- Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with both local and international clients across all product lines, including footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear.
- Finalize sales and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Participate in Visual Merchandising activities.
- Manage after-sales service requests, including alterations and repairs.
- Significant experience in luxury footwear or menswear sales.
- Exceptional customer service and advisory skills.
- Ability to establish exceptional relationships with a demanding and international clientele.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a third language is highly advantageous.
- Personal qualities such as enthusiasm, responsiveness, rigor, teamwork, and commercial creativity.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, particularly in footwear or menswear.
