- Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with both local and international clients across all product lines, including footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear.
- Close sales and contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities.
- Manage after-sales service cases, including alterations and repairs.
- Significant experience in luxury sales, particularly in men's footwear or ready-to-wear.
- Exceptional customer service and advisory skills.
- Ability to establish exceptional relationships with a discerning and international clientele.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Personal qualities such as enthusiasm, responsiveness, rigor, and teamwork.
- Commercial creativity.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury sales, specifically in men's footwear or ready-to-wear.
