Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with local and international clients across all product lines (shoes, leather goods, ready-to-wear).
- Conclude sales and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Participate in Visual Merchandising activities.
- Manage after-sales service cases (alterations, repairs, etc.).
Qualifications
- Significant experience in selling men's shoes or ready-to-wear in the luxury sector.
Skills
- Strong customer service, hospitality, listening, and advisory skills.
- Ability to establish exceptional relationships with a demanding and international clientele.
- Personal qualities such as enthusiasm, responsiveness, rigor, and teamwork.
- Commercial creativity.
