1. Serve as a brand ambassador by advising, retaining, and developing the client base with exceptional, personalized service.
2. Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with local and international clients across all product lines, including shoes, leather goods, and ready-to-wear.
3. Close sales and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Participate in Visual Merchandising and CRM activities.
5. Manage after-sales service cases, such as alterations and repairs.

1. Significant experience in luxury shoe or men's ready-to-wear sales.
2. Strong customer service, hospitality, listening, and advisory skills.
3. Ability to build exceptional relationships with a demanding international clientele.
