1. Create an extraordinary and unique customer experience.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor.
3. Meet sales goals and objectives.
4. Acquire Berluti technical skills for sales and product knowledge.
5. Complete necessary administrative tasks according to company policies.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to Berluti's quality standards.
7. Cultivate relationships with local and international customers.

9. Respect CRM practices and report to the Central team.
10. Assist and support after-sales service in line with Maison values.
11. Stay informed about industry news and competitors.
12. Participate in regular inventory checks and stocking/restocking.
13. Ensure compliance with Berluti policies in operations and security.
14. Maintain inventory accuracy.
15. Meet all KPI objectives.
16. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition as set by HQ.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

7. Teamwork capabilities.
8. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
