Berluti Retail Operations Assistant Intern

- Synthesize weekly reports and analyze remote sales data.
- Prepare weekly action plans.
- Utilize key performance indicators to identify opportunities.
- Conduct boutique visits for Retail Excellence and internal audit projects.
- Provide daily operational support to boutiques, including uniform and packaging orders, and bi-monthly operations calls.
- Develop operational tools and revise existing procedures.
- Assist in implementing CSR projects within boutiques.
- Compile monthly customer service reports and optimize processes across boutiques, IT, and systems.
- Coordinate with workshops and boutiques, ensuring KPI tracking.
- Engage with Parisian boutiques to enhance retail knowledge, focusing on sales and stock management.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, including international headquarters departments, boutiques, and various managers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
- Previous internship experience of 4 to 6 months is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Luxury and retail sensitivity.
Beginner level experience, ideally with a prior internship of 4 to 6 months.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
